Change report option "Payment rec'd..." ?

Yes, absolutely. The original string is very bad. The feature itself  
is new so we don't loose existing features if we break the string  
freeze by changing this string.

What is the usage of this string? It's the option name for a text  
option whose content is printed at some place in the report? Then  
either "Payment received" or "Text for Payment Received".

Any developer can go ahead and change it immediately.
