2.4.0 release - what's left to do

Apart from this one http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Release_Schedule  
notes that we still have issues with the CSV importer. Did we already  
disable that feature because of the issues? If not, we probably need  
to do that for 2.4.0 so that we don't ship with unstable features. (It  
can be enabled on the subsequent development trunk again, though.)

Apart from this I don't have anything else that needs to be done before 2.4.0.
