Windows: what version of aqbanking

http://svn.gnucash.org/trac/browser/gnucash/branches/2.4/packaging/win32/defaults.sh
and in *our* current windows builds we still have AQBANKING5="no" because of 
the gtk version issue between our webkit binary and the aqbanking requirement. 
Any user who compiles on his own can set AQBANKING5="yes" and use aqbanking5.
