Yes, I closed it, and said so right after you mentioned it. It wasn't useful because it contained no information about what report was failing validation, nor why.

Please file new bugs, one per report or problem if you find something that affects multiple reports, showing what's wrong with the HTML and what it should look like when it's correct.
