Missing files in po/POTFILES.in

I don't think intltools can be used at this time to regenerate the pot files. 
The guile-strings.c file is generated while building the source. There is a 
bug report related to this issue:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=619899
