That would be the best solution. You will find examples of a copyright notice 
in the other source files. You'll have to make sure the comment style is xslt 
compatible of course.

By the way, you seem to be working in a git repository. Is there a way I can 
directly pull your commits instead of sending them via e-mail ? It would save 
both of us some work.
