This helps but doesn't help.  Everything that it points to points to older
versions of Trac.  We're currently running 0.12, and none of the scripts I
could find will do what we want it to do.

I WAS able to turn off the link mangling so now it does nothing (instead
of doing nothing with the "missing ticket" class).  But it still wont do
what we need.

If someone wants to help with the Python coding to get the plugin working
I'd greatly appreciate the help.  I don't have a lot of time to go
trial-and-error myself.   There is a Bugzilla plugin but it was from 0.10
-- even older than the mantis plugin.
