Hmm, as I expected, the 2.4 build failed on guile. I don't have time 
tonight anymore and I would like to hear other's opinions on my earlier 
question before I want to go forward with this anyway.

Is it ok/worth it to apply all the guile 1.8 patches in GnuCash 2.4 (not 
only in the windows build system) in order to get the 2.4 build on 
windows working with aqbanking 5 ?
For reference most of these patches were applied to the trunk branch 
right after 2.4 was branched.
