Splash Screen

Count me a Vote No. I do not like the splash screen behavior.

Frankly, if I want to stare at the splash screen, I can figure out how to do that. Most times, (like right now) I keep working without seeing what's going on underneath. I *do* like having the splash screen so that if things get hung up, I can see what Gnucash thinks it is doing. 

A splash screen I can return to on those occasions when Gnucash takes several minutes to load is useful.
