Since last run window

I need a little help on finalizing a patch to close an old documentation 
bug about the since last run window [1]. I don't know exactly what 
"Ignored" and "Postponed" do. I also see from po file that there are two 
strings ("Never" and "Need Value") that comes from the file 
"dialog-sx-since-last-run.c". Do Someone knows what they mean?

Finally can someone confirm that the "value" column displayed in the 
Since Last Run window is meant to be empty?
