Uninstall of GnuCash is incomplete

This is  a user question which you should post to gnucash-users, not to gnucash-devel which is for coordinating efforts among Gnucash's developers.

When you do ask there, please be sure to mention what operating system you use and what version of Gnucash you're trying to uninstall.
