GnuCash trunk r20559 mingw build failed

As an update to this thread.

I got GnuCash build successfully in Windows Xp with no problems.

As for the above issue, I thought I would add this note. I was trying
out a windows instance on Amazon EC2. I tried building GC on it, the
instance in specific was a 32-bit Windows 2008 Server Data Centre
Edition SP2. It gave the same errors as shown above.There is something
fishy about Vista+ OS's.
