win32 build: guile files expected in c:\soft\guile (was: win32 trunk daily build runs again)

Hi Robert,

Thanks for pointing these out. I have removed line 167, as the program it 
referred to is no longer installed. Line 367 is corrected.

And there was another line (56) that held 1.6 related parameters. I corrected 
that one as well.
