On my Vista all I actually need is running:

Thanks to Geert for making compressed files working again and
thanks to Christian for making aqbanking working again.

Maybe I can try also this weekend on Windows7 otherwise this has to wait 
two weeks until I'm back in Europe again.


Here it works with:
Windows Vista Business (32-bit) Service-Pack 2 and
GnuCash 2.4.99 SVN r21401 2011-10-09 (aqbanking 5.0.16)
