help to build GNU Cash 2.4.11 in Vietnamese language

     I have tried GNU Cash 2.4.11 and noticed that there is not Vietnamese
language in options.
     Could you help me to build your app in Vietnamese language ?
     If this language is not available now, how can I join you to build it ?
