[PATCH] Make "Closing Entries" and "Adjusting Entries" translatable

Thanks Jhon for the explanation, I've applied the patch and modified 
another file (taxinvoice.scm) with the same problem both in trunk and in 
the 2.4 branch.

I also want to thank Aurimas for finding this bug.
