Still old AqBanking version in 2.4.9

Hi there!

Just to bring this to your attention:

It seems that the old AqBanking version is still in the shipped 2.4.9 
version of GnuCash.

For reference: I discussed this with warlord and john on IRC yesterday,

I think, depending on the work needed for the c&p issue, it might be 
worthwhile to make an announcement about this on the homepage and/or 
make a correction to the shipped version.
