Small update: adding the fr language-pack as Christian suggests, does fix this 
test. make check will fail later on though because of the unpatched swig being 
used to build gnucash.

Just to be explicit on this point: first swig needs to be patched to generate guile 2 
compatible code. Then gnucash has to be built using this patched swig.
