Persian Translate

Hello All,

I translate earlier version of gnucash to Persian some years ago. Now I
download new version and notice that  there is some syntax errors and also
some new menus which don't translate.

How can I continue translating / editing Persian language? Is there any
other person works on it?  

Please let me know how can I help to have better translation?
