Bad Confirmation String from Server

Yesterday, I was having troubles connecting to the wiki and the lists servers, and I mistakenly sent an email to the list from another email address (a non-subscribing address). It got put into the queue, and I was sent a link to retract the email, which yields the above error when I click it. 

Two things: a) that probably shouldn’t happen, and b) I’d like to retract the message. Can anyone help with that?
