Issue running git-svn-mirror script on code

Indeed.  This is relatively easy to do.  Right now the only committer to
the gitolite repo would be the git-svn converter.  And we can change the
github repo so that the only committer there is the gitolite user, once
we decide to rebuild the repo.

So based on this...  Can we have other people pour over the existing
github history to see if there are any other mistakes?  Then I can build
the gitolite repos up from scratch.
