Thanks for reminding me about this.

It didn't move, Github removed the downloads service. I have a local copy, of course, so it's no problem to put it somewhere else.
It's an illustration for a wiki article, so I guess putting it somewhere in that address space makes the most sense, but I don't know how to do that. I can add it to src/docs in the repo, but I'd rather not: There's far too much cruft in there already. It doesn't seem to really belong in the website namespace since it's attached to a wiki article rather than to a web page. It could also go in sourceoforge downloads, repeating my original sin with Github.
