No problem, there are lots of hidden corners in Bugzilla!

Once the fake ids are made, log in to Bugzilla and select 'Preferences' from the links across the top of the page. Select
the 'Email Preferences' tag and scroll down to 'User Watching', where you can enter the fake ids you want to track in the
list box.
