Can't compile most recent version

Hi,

This error is because you're using /usr/local and you have a previously
self-compiled version installed.  Don't do that.  Uninstall the old
version (make uninstall) and then you can recompile the new version.  We
also recommend you use a --prefix like /opt/gnucash during configure so
this wont happen.
