indeed no translation updates have appeared for the Turkish translation. Feel 
free to start to work on this.

If you prefer to use the Translation Project, please send them a message 
asking to have the Turkish translation of gnucash be managed again there. Send 
the message to coordinator at translationproject.org with me in CC. Thanks!
