Fresh install of gnucash 2.5.6 crashes on windows

Thanks, I did a re-install to confirm. Creating the
%USERPROFILE%\.gconf\apps\gnucash folder did the trick. (Would of course be
great if this could be implemented in the installer or gnucash source)
