I think the biggest complaint from Windows users w.r.t. theming is that
it's not well documented how to change the theme, or how to change parts
of the theme. People with good Google Fu can find bits and snippets
about what to put into the file, but if we're going to remove the option
(which I'm fine with doing) I think we should document clearly how a
user would go about changing their theme.
