Building on Windows from scratch - follow up

I downloaded bootstrap_win_dev.vbs earlier this afternoon and am 
following the instructions as suggested in the first post in this 
thread, i.e. a fresh install.

Win XP it makes any difference.

I'm getting as far as subversion, I have tried running it again but here 
is where it got stuck the first time as it shows a bit more detail than 
a subsequent run.

I wasn't expecting it to get stuck here, I will try sorting it out by 
hand but thought I'd post here anyway in case it is something someone 
else comes up against.
