Server Outage Last Night

Hi,

Some people may have noticed a server outage last night.  The outage
started just before 6pm US/EST and, except for editing the wiki, got
cleared by around 10pm.  The issue was that there was an underlying I/O
error that caused EXT4 to crash, remounting root in ReadOnly mode and
basically stopping most services from working.  After manually running
fsck and rebooting the system came back up.  I was informed about the
wiki and repaired the mysql tables this morning.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

PS: I need to look into the underlying reason for the I/O error, if I
can.  It might be due to VM I/O overload, but code was the only VM
affected.
