Those are from my just-landed c++-numerics changes. Looks like mingw is missing that alias; I’ll push a change shortly.

As for tips, you don’t need to build on Windows yourself: We have a build server that does it for you at http://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32/. Last night’s build failed with the same errors.
