Persian Language, GnuCash2.6.3

I used it on Windows 7, I used version 2.4.1? before on same machine and UI was in Persian.

> fa.po is in the repo and should be in the tarball. You don't say what OS you're using, but if it's Linux perhaps the packager split it into a separate package (Fedora has a habit of doing that) or screwed up and left it out.
