Just to be clear, if I'm understanding correctly, this is done by building
boost with ./bootstrap --prefix=/home/derek/boostbuild; , and when building
gnucash, ./configure --with-booth=/home/derek/boostbuild; I hope that
clears up that point sufficiently.
