Alex,

Of course it’s supposed to work! Now it does, though I’m not comfortable with the fix. Moving the include of kvp_frame.hpp to the top of the list implies that there’s something about one of the other headers that confuses gcc. More research required, but at least now make check passes on Linux 64.
