Scheduled Transaction formula support string literal parameters.

Hi

When create a new SX with the SX editor save both
<slot:key>debit-numeric</slot:key> and
<slot:key>debit-formula</slot:key>. Which cause the transaction amount
not recalculated by instance-count "i".

Can anyone else confirm this behavior?
