git: Commit Access

I haven't yet :)

I guess from the wiki I got the impression that it is a fairly standard way
of doing this (requesting commit access). But I talked to people in the IRC
and heard that it isn't - anyway forget about this request.

And I hope someday you will see the first pull request :)
