Failed building gnucash-docs

Hi,

Just FYI, for the past two nights the gnucash-docs build has failed.
I haven't looked into the error yet.

I clearly need to update the script so that it sends a build-log in the
case of an error (but of course wont send a log in the case of no
error).  I'll work on that as part of the system upgrade.
