Tax Sched reoprt duplicates accounts

I'm on 2.6.7 under OSX, but I do not observe the kind of problem you describe. 
If there isn't anything obvious in your data file to suggest why you are receiving duplication, then perhaps the quick workaround is to squint...

Depending on the General tab settings the report duplicates accounts 2x or 3x
 gc ver 2.6.11

on 86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
