Windows 10 Build Error

Thank you John -- I'll look into autotools. I'm building because I made some changes to the code in src/gnome/gnc-budget-view.c that I want to try out.

Why do you want to build GnuCash on Windows? There are nightly builds available at https://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32 <https://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32>, though the most recent ones will have some dependency problems that we haven't yet had time to fix.

In any case you need to show the actual error. You need to spend some time studying build tools (this set is called "Gnu autotools") at least to the point that you understand the output.
