There is also Debbugs ([[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Debbugs]]), and
also GNU Savane (the software which is used to host Puszcza and GNU
Savannah) ([[https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/administration/]]).

We could also make use of GNU Savannah itself, no need to host our own,
and no need to go entirely to GitHub, while in any case we would still
keep compatibility with Git, and also have other stuff that GitHub
doesn't provide by default.
