Travis test failure in test-import-map

It's not, it's an intermittent failure that's been driving us nuts for weeks.

Could you push a change to .travis.yml, adding the line
after_failure: "cat src/engine/test/test-import-map.log"

to your fix_taxinvoice_bills branch? If it fails after that push it will at least show what the problem is.
