Please, Oh, Please, Can we delete the (10 year old and counting) Draft Concept Guide on the Wiki?

They should go, but if there are any objections for some reason, I recommend at least adding a NO FOLLOW rule to the site’s htaccess file. That way these archives won’t show up in search results. I would say such rules should be included for any outdated material.
