Yes, missed that when making the email. The correct links are:

Download GnuCash for Win32: https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/releases/download/3.4/gnucash-3.4.setup.exe
Download GnuCash for Mac-Intel: https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/releases/download/3.4/Gnucash-Intel-3.4-1.dmg

The URLs for the tarballs are correct.
