Updating an existing .po file

Hello all,

I tried to update the
​ru.​
​po-​
file from the new
​pot ​
​template​
 today
​.
Updating the ru.po-file changes all paths in the file:

For Example:

-#: ../borrowed/goffice/go-charmap-sel.c:70
+#: borrowed/goffice/go-charmap-sel.c:70

or

-#: ../gnucash/gnome/assistant-stock-split.c:413
+#: gnucash/gnome/assistant-stock-split.c:413

In general, "../" is removed for all comments.

Is it a correct behavior? Does it have anything to do with replacing
intltool by gettext?
