There are already https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Keyboard_Shortcuts and
https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/De/Tastenk%C3%BCrzel

They might also need updates for GTK3.

Just use the login link in the upper right corner of
https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/GnuCash,
select new account,
fill the application form.
The wiki bureaucrats will get informed and hopefully confirm it.
