It is not neccessary to generate any of the additional formats for a Linux
distribution.
Gnomes Yelp can display the docs from the xml sources. KDEs Helpcenter can
it in theory, too, but we do not provide the related .desktop file.
The other formats intended are for packaging on other OSes:
MacOS: HTML,
Windows: compiled HTML,
or other devices
Paper: PDF or
EBook readers (EPub, Mobi)
The latter are offered for download at www.gnucash.org. Warning: non-latin
written PDFs are really big as they include the used fonts.
