[GNC-dev] Buttons in GnuCash for now and in the future

As I stated in the bug I would prefer no icons or very selective ones but
applied consistently across all dialogues in one go.
When I migrated all the dialogues I made a conscious decision to remove all
icons on all buttons to have a consistent look.
You can make the button translatable in the glade file and I forgot ticking
the box for the Aq banking glade changes.
I can easily check all glade files for the missing setting if required.

Regards,
Bob
