Googletest didn't have an entry for xenial that I could find. Also
libgwengui-gtk3-dev was missing (didn't look for the alternative
mentioned in another email).
Thought if I could get Bionic (or Disco) built up on Launchpad's ppa,
then we could expand from there.
That failed (see next email).
