[GNC-dev] About bug 797670 (crash related to sch. xaction dialog remaining opened after file is closed)

The solution to this, it seems to me, is to ensure all opened dialogs are
closed when another file is opened.
I would imagine this already happens for other dialogs, but was omitted for
this one?
If so, can you guys point me in the right direction? I can start digging
around, but a little pointer will save me a lot of time!
