[GNC-dev] Build Fail for GC 4.1 on Linux MInt 20

Hello David,

On Opensuse Tumbleweed I have no problems to build commit c4d9ca7. It is
also using libdbi* 0.9.0, but the patch levels, are not comparable.

Other users of the Ubuntu repositories?
