[GNC-dev] Example CSS file missing from Windows install

Hi,
Not sure if this is deliberate or not but the example CSS file is missing
from the Windows install.
I fixed this locally by adding a line to gnucash-mingw64.iss at line 107 as
follows...

Source: "@INST_DIR@\share\doc\@PACKAGE@\gtk-3.0.css"; DestDir:
"{app}\doc\@PACKAGE@"; Components: main
